Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review the shipping details below.
Processing Times
Original Artwork:
Ships within 3–7 business days. Originals require special packing to ensure safe delivery.
Fine Art Prints:
Made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
Miscellaneous Artwork & Merchandise:
Items such as stickers, cards, or accessories typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, new collection launches, or high‑volume periods.

All orders ship from the United States.

International Orders:
Delivery times vary by destination, usually 2–6 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

Packaging
I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:
- Originals: Wrapped, padded, and boxed securely; larger pieces may ship in custom crates.
- Prints: Shipped flat or in sturdy tubes depending on size.
- Misc. Items: Protected with appropriate packaging to prevent bending or damage.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
I will replace the item or issue a refund when a replacement is not possible.
If a package is lost in transit, I will assist in filing a claim and work with you on a solution.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
