Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every piece is created with care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the return policy below before placing an order.


Original Artwork (One‑of‑a‑Kind Pieces)

Because originals are unique, all sales of original artwork are final.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.


Fine Art Prints

Prints are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, email me within 7 days with photos, and I will send a replacement at no cost.


Miscellaneous Artwork & Merchandise

Items such as stickers, cards, apparel, or accessories may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Order Issues & Damaged Shipments

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing:

  • Contact me within 7 days
  • Include your order number and clear photos
  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved

I will replace the item or issue a refund when a replacement is not available.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Made‑to‑order prints
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or commissioned work

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production or packing may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
